We Started This Because We Were Tired of Watching HVAC Contractors Get Burned
Too many HVAC contractors have paid agencies for months—only to get reports they don't understand and phones that don't ring. We've seen it firsthand: contractors who spent $2,000/month for six months and got nothing but excuses. "Just trust the process." "SEO takes time." Meanwhile, your trucks sit idle and your competitors are getting the calls.
We built Local Boost Labs to be radically different. No more "free audits" designed to scare you into signing a contract. No more vanity metrics that don't translate to actual jobs. We show you results BEFORE you commit to anything long-term.
In November 2025, Matt Heinecke and Snket Desai launched Local Boost Labs with a single mission—to help HVAC contractors in Lancaster County and beyond fill their schedules with the high-profit work that actually matters: system installs, AC replacements, and maintenance plans.
Matt brings over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience, having founded his first business at age 12 and holding multiple patents from his engineering career. His background in building systems that work and solving complex problems translates directly into creating SEO strategies that deliver consistent results.
Snket contributes deep technical expertise in web development and search engine optimization. His analytical approach ensures every optimization is data-driven and every website is built for both users and search engines.
Together, they recognized that most HVAC contractors were being underserved by generic marketing agencies that didn't understand the unique challenges of the heating and cooling industry. Local Boost Labs was built to change that.
"We don't ask for 6-month contracts before we prove ourselves. We do a GBP tune-up, show you measurable improvement in 2-3 weeks, and THEN talk about working together long-term. One contractor went from page 2 to the Map Pack Top 3 in 11 days—before they paid us a dime for ongoing services. That's what 'proof first' actually means."
